Sweepstakes Timing/Events: The Eight O'Clock Coffee Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") begins at 10:00 AM Eastern time ("ET") on June 22, 2024 and ends at 5:00 PM ET on February 27, 2025 (the "Sweepstakes Period"). There are a total of seven (7) events (each, an "Event") as a part of this Sweepstakes. Entrants must be in attendance at one of the Events taking place at the following locations (during the times each such the Event runs only): Chicago Pride Fest, Chicago, IL; The Great July 4th Festival, New York; Avenue of the Americas Expo, New York; Bryant Park Area Fair, New York; Lincoln Square Apple Fest, Chicago, IL; Chicago Marathon Expo, Chicago, IL; and The Head of the Charles Regatta 2024, Boston, MA; and in each case during the Sweepstakes Period only, as indicated in the chart below (each, an "Event"/"Entry "). Sponsor's clock is the official "timekeeper" of this Sweepstakes. Limit one (1) entry per person per Event. Non-winning entries will not be rolled over into any subsequent Event(s).

Eligibility: Sweepstakes open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are present at any of the Events listed in the "Sweepstakes Timing" section of these rules during the Sweepstakes Period and are 18 years of age or older as of date of entry. Employees of Tata Consumer Products US, Inc. ("Sponsor"), Encore Worldwide ("Event Agency") and each of their parents, subsidiaries, and affiliate companies and advertising and Sweepstakes agencies, including members of their immediate families (spouses, parents, children, and siblings and their spouses), regardless of where they live, and/or those living in the same household (whether related or not) of any of the foregoing, are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. All applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

How to Participate: To participate in the Sweepstakes visit an Event at a participating location as shown in the grid above and scan the QR code that will be displayed, directing you to a microsite to complete an online registration. Registration must be completed during the corresponding Entry Period. Once you've completed the registration form providing your first name and email address ("entry"), you will receive an entry into that corresponding Event's drawing only. Limit one (1) entry per person per Event. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void all such entries and that entrant will be disqualified from participation.

Random Drawings: One (1) winner per Event ("Winners") will be selected in separate random drawings among all eligible entries received during each Entry Period for such Event. The random drawings are outlined on the grid above in the "Sweepstakes Timing" chart. The random drawings will be conducted by the Event Agency. Event Agency's decisions on all matters relating to the drawings will be final and binding. Limit one (1) prize per entrant. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible Entries received for such drawing.

Winner Notification/Prize Award: The potential winners will be notified via email. Each potential winner must reply to that email with the requested information, including their first and last name, address, city, state, zip code, and date of birth. This information shall be used by Sponsor solely for purposes of determining the eligibility of the Winner for entry into the Sweepstakes for the awarding of the Prize, and for no other reason whatsoever, and by providing this information, Winner expressly provides Agency and Sponsor her or his opt-in and consent to use such information for that purpose—see the "Privacy" section of these Official Rules for additional information. The email must be replied to within forty-eight (48) hours after delivery of the email to each potential winner. In case of return of any email as undeliverable, or if the winner does not reply, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected. Prizes will be shipped to winners within approximately 6 to 8 weeks following notification and verification.

Prize And Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): Seven (7) Prizes [One (1) per Event] will be awarded: consisting of one (1) Keurig K-Iced Single Serve Marker (model K26F), one (1) K-Cup Capsule Stand (model YZ1609), and one (1) 48 count of K-Pods, Total ARV for each Prize: $162.37, Total ARV for all prizes: $1,136.59. All federal, state, and/or local income and other taxes applicable to the prize are each winner's sole responsibility. Should the Sponsor be unable to contact the winner to award such Prize, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to determine an alternate winner or allow the prize to go unawarded after three (3) attempts to award the prize. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize with one of comparable or greater value should the prize become unavailable for any reason. Sponsor shall not have any responsibility or liability whatsoever for any property loss, damage, personal injury, or death, in connection with any prize provided pursuant to the Sweepstakes and/or any person's participation in the Sweepstakes.

General Rules: By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree: [a] to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and decisions of Sponsor which shall be final in all respects relating to the Sweepstakes, including without limitation the interpretation of these Official Rules; [b] to release, discharge and hold harmless the Sponsor, Tata Consumer Products US, Inc., its' parents, subsidiaries, and affiliate companies, and its advertising and Sweepstakes agencies, including the Event Agency, Encore Worldwide (collectively, "Released Parties") from any and all injuries, liability, losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind including liability for personal injury or death resulting from their participation in the Sweepstakes or their acceptance, use or misuse of a prize; and [c] if a Winner, to the use of his/her name, voice, image and/or likenesses for advertising, publicity and all Sweepstakes purposes by Sponsor and Sponsor's subsidiaries and affiliates without further compensation or remuneration (unless prohibited by law) and to execute specific consent to such use if asked to do so. The Released Parties and are not responsible and shall not be liable for [a] electronic transmission errors resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction; [b] unauthorized access to or alterations of materials; [c] technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions; and [d] limitations of any kind, or inaccurate transmissions of or failure to receive information by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or any web site or any combination thereof. Sponsor is not responsible for any defect, malfunction, error or failure of the website or any condition caused by events beyond the control of the Sponsor that may cause the Sweepstakes to be disrupted or corrupted. In addition, Sponsor shall not have any liability under any legal theory to entrant if he/she has not complied with these Official Rules and/or is not eligible for participation in the Sweepstakes (as for the latter, even though such individual was previously allowed to scan the QR code). If, for any reason whatsoever, this Sweepstakes, in Sponsor's sole opinion, is not capable of running as planned, including, but not limited to, by reason of pandemic, travel restrictions, strikes, natural or weather disasters, equipment tampering, fraud, or any other cause which, in the Sponsor's sole judgment, corrupts or affects the security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes on one or more days of a given Event, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, reschedule or suspend this Sweepstakes or any Event (including all Events) and terminate awarding of prize(s) for such affected day(s) of the Event (or all Events) or reschedule as may be applicable. In the event of termination, a notice will be posted at the Event (to the extent feasible) and if any Entries are received, random drawing(s) will be conducted from any eligible Event entries received prior to cancellation, as applicable.

Sponsor may prohibit an entrant from participating in the Sweepstakes or receiving a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating, deception, or other unfair playing practices or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrants, Sponsor Event Agency, or its agents. The preceding includes not timely completing the registration form other than in strict accordance with its on-screen instructions and/or the instructions of Sponsor or its representative, as applicable; by way of example only, improper conduct includes acting in an unsportsmanlike manner in a way to harass any other entrants. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY'S FEES) FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TOTHE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.

Privacy: Any personally identifiable information collected during your participation in this Sweepstakes will be collected by Sponsor and used by it and its agents solely for purposes of the proper administration and fulfillment of the Sweepstakes as described in these Official Rules and as allowed by law. Certain consent and opt-in information are provided in these Official Rules.
